Handle Insert with Setscrew Hole

Machined from either Tough Aircraft-quality Aluminum, or Mild Steel

Many woodturners use one handle for multiple tool shanks--you may have one or more hook tools, a round skew, a pyramid point tool, or others with a 3/8 inch shank and only want one handle--or order one for as many handles as you want to make.
Your handle needs a 1/2 inch hole in the business end, about 1 1/4 inches deep. Does not include setscrew, you add your own 1/4-20 wingbolt or setscrew.
Quantities are limited.

$11.00 Aluminum
$13.00 Mild Steel

Shipping charges are additional.

Pictured along with an insert is my own handle with a 3/8" round skew, which also has a skewchigouge grind on the other end.

$18.00 plus shipping

Larger handle insert

Same design as above, but with 1/2" hole and machined from steel

1" body diameter, and 5/8" diameter of handle insert with a 1/2" hole through--3" total length.

.

Small Chuck Screw

For holding in a 4-jaw scroll chuck or any fixture with a 1/2 inch hole.. The body is 1/2 in. diameter, with a 3/4 in. O. D. flange in front. Machined from mild steel, the body has a hex head utility screw epoxied into it, with about an inch protuding. Great for turning beads, knobs, game pieces, etc. I use this in my eccentric chuck attachment for my Vicmarc scroll chuck.
Quantities are limited.

$11.85

Includes shipping by USPS First Class Mail to anywhere in the U.S.

Eccentric (Off-Center) Turning Attachment for a 4-Jaw Scroll Chuck

I designed and fabricated this attachment in 1998 for my own use, and published the design in 1999 on my website for anyone to use.
The fixture allows an offset of 3/8" or more of an auxilliary spindle attached to a scroll chuck, simply by adjusting the chuck jaws. Take a look HERE.

You can also pay with a money order or personal check by sending your order to my address at the top of the page.
If I run out of stock, I'll contact you with a choice of complete refund, or back order.
